Pay Rate/Range: $14.50+/hr DOE
Description: Ingredient preparation - chopping, slicing, dicing and measuring and following the recipes and standards set by the head chef. Ensure that all ingredients are organized and labeled. Keep inventory of kitchen supplies and notifying the chef when they need ordered. Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, including knives, cutting boards and utensils. Execute dishes according to established recipes, including sautéing, grilling, frying, baking and plating.
Job Requirements: High School education is required, culinary education is preferred. Previous experience is also preferred. Must have strong attention to detail, strong work ethics and be reliable and punctual. Must be able to deal with members professionally.
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Shift/Schedule: Days will vary and will include working weekends, 3:00pm-9:00/11:00pm
